CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are non-refundable upon registration, as they are used to secure your athlete’s place in the program. In the event of injury, exceptions may be considered (see below).

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to a 25% administration fee based on the total program cost.
Cancellations made after June 1 are not eligible for refunds or credits, except in the case of injury.

If an athlete is unable to participate due to injury, a signed doctor’s note is required. In these cases, an appropriate credit may be issued at the discretion of Boondock Hockey, in the form of a program voucher. Refunds will not be provided.
