Program: AB Cup & Challenge Showcase Prep Sessions  Description: Sessions are for 2011 (male) and 2011 & 2012 (female) players trying out for Alberta Cup and Alberta Challenge Showcase. Main focus is on speed, acceleration and explosiveness. Age/Level: Open to 2011 Male Players and 2011 & 2012 Female Players Only Dates, Times and Locations: March 16 - Linear Speed: Get More Out of Your Stride! (Forwards and Backwards) 7:30pm - 8:30pm @ Bowness March 17 - Separation Speed Out of Turns and Deceptive Skills 7:30pm - 8:30pm @ Bowness March 19 - Increasing Speed and Distance with Crossovers 7:15pm - 8:15pm @ Rose Kohn March 23 - Elevating Efficiency and Speed In and Out of Turns and Transitions 7:15pm - 8:15pm @ George Blundun March 24 - Explosiveness for All Areas of the Game 7:15pm - 8:15pm @ George Blundun March 26 - Deception and Board Battle Footwork 7:15pm - 8:15pm @ George Blundun March 31 - Speed Day (linear speed, separation speed, and explosiveness) 8:15pm - 9:15pm @ Father David Bauer Cost: $60 per session PLEASE NOTE:  Ages will be strictly enforced. Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for. There will be no makeup sessions for missed ice times.
