Program: FALL HIGH PERFORMANCE - TUE AM Techncial Skating for Speed & Efficiency U13*, U15* & U18* 

Description: Designed for U13 AA/AAA, U15 AA/AAA, and U18 Tier 1, AA, and AAA players, this 10-week
program focuses on one objective: increasing skating speed through better mechanics and greater
efficiency.

Players will develop faster acceleration, more powerful stride mechanics, quicker starts, higher-
speed transitions, and stronger exits from turns and crossovers.

Every session emphasizes the technical details that improve speed while reducing wasted movement and unnecessary energy expenditure.

Sessions are led by NHL Skating Coach Danielle Fujita and delivered at a pace and intensity suited for competitive players. When Danielle is travelling for professional commitments, her highly trained coaching staff delivers the same curriculum and technical standards.

This is a demanding program for players who are committed to improving and prepared to be
challenged.

Ages: 11 yrs and older

Dates: October 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8, 15

Times: 6:30am - 7:30am

Cost: $600 (10 hrs of ice)

PLEASE NOTE: 


• Players must have played at one of the levels noted above during the 2025 - 2026 season.

• Proof of playing level is required at registration. Examples include 2025 - 2026 registration confirmation, screenshot of Eite Prospects, etc.

• Open to hockey and ringette players. 

 

• There will be no makeup sessions for missed ice times.
