PLAYER FOCUS Skating Development: Focus on stride, balance, agility, and edge control for efficient skating.Hockey IQ and Positional Play: Enhance game sense, positioning, and smart decision-making on the ice for effective play in all situations.Puck Handling: Work on control and possession with drills for tight turns and creating space.Shooting Techniques: Cover wrist, backhand, snap, and slap shots, emphasizing accuracy and quick release.Passing and Receiving: Improve accuracy, timing, and vision for short and long-range passes.
