Motor City Hockey staff will help players with tying skates and assist with players equipment. Travel players are also welcome. This camp is designed for players playing at the I275 House League level. Motor City Hockey will provide a pizza lunch from Little Caesars Itinerary:  8:30AM Drop Off - Rink A. Far right rink if you are looking at Detroit Skating Club head on.9AM-10:30AM On-Ice Session #1. Focus: 40 minutes fundamental power skating (turns, stopping, backwards skating, stride and edge work). 40 minutes skill stations (correct passing technique, puck control / stickhandling, lifting the puck / shooting technique and more).10:30-10:45AM Players Get Changed & eat a snack (brought from home).10:45AM-11:40AM Off-Ice11:40AM-12:10PM Lunch12:10PM-12:40PM Get Dressed12:40PM-2PM On-Ice Session #2. Focus: 50 minutes (confidence with battling, introductory instruction on body positioning / angling) players will learn to be more aggressive and confident in the corners by repetition. 30 minutes (fun small area games).2PM Pickup.
