Program: JUNE FEMALE THUR Speed Fundamentals U15 & U18  Description: This program focuses on key speed fundamentals, including explosive starts, acceleration in stride, and speed out of turns. Athletes will refine their overspeed crossovers along with other essential skills to boost overall skating power, control, and speed. Ages: Females 13 - 18 yrs old  Dates: June 4, 11, 18, 25 Times: 7:00pm - 8:00pm Cost: $240 (4 hours of ice) PLEASE NOTE:  Open to hockey and ringette players.  Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for.  There will be no makeup sessions for missed ice times.
