MAY TUE AM High Performance Speed Program

Program: MAY TUE AM High Performance Speed Program Description: A program designed for Major, AA, and AAA players only, focusing on linear speed, maximum acceleration, edge efficiency, and game-speed agility. Emphasis is placed on correct biomechanics, high-intensity reps, and performance transfer for faster, stronger, and more dominant skating at the highest levels. Ages: 12 - 18 yrs old Dates: May 5, 12, 19, 26 Time: 6:45am - 7:45am (May 5 @ 6:30am - 7:30am) Cost: $240 (4 hours of ice) PLEASE NOTE:  Proof of player's 2025 - 2026 level of play is required at registration (team registration confirmation, Elite Prospects, etc.). Open to hockey players only. Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for. There will be no makeup sessions during our spring season.
