Program: OCTOBER Speed Day U15/U18 - Acceleration and Stride Speed

Description: Unlock speed by mastering the skating mechanics that matter most. This technical skating session, led by NHL Skating Coach Danielle Fujita, focuses on maximizing acceleration and increasing stride speed through proper weight distribution, body positioning and force application. Players will develop quicker first steps, faster stride frequency, and greater skating efficiency.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Open to hockey & ringette players

• Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for.

• There will be no makeup session.
