SPRING WED AM Rise, Stride & Glide U13 - U18

Program: SPRING WED AM Rise, Stride & Glade U13 - U18 Description: Early morning Wednesday sessions that focus on techniques to improve movement patterns, maximize efficiency, and increase power with a progression-focused system. Ages: 11 - 18 yrs old Dates: April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27 Time: 6:30am - 7:30am Cost: $480 (8 hours of ice) PLEASE NOTE:  Open to hockey and ringette players. Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for. There will be no makeup sessions during our spring season.
