Join our Varsity level training group led by our experienced all-female on-ice staff and the Training Haus Sports Performance coaches for 10 weeks of twice-a-week training with the proper balance of skills, flow and competitive situations.
ON-ICE FOCUS w/ Moe Hockey
Skating (edgework, agility, speed), Stickhandling, Passing, Angling, Body Contact,
Game-Like Situations, Compete Level
OFF-ICE FOCUS w/ Training Haus
Strength training • Vertical & horizontal force acceptance/production • Speed • Fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment • Proper neuromuscular firing patterns • Recovery/Dynamic stretching
10 Weeks/20 sessions = 25 hours on-ice + 25 hours off-ice
June 8- August 20 (no training July 23, 27, 30)
Tuesdays:
2:00-3:15PM On-ice, 3:30-4:45PM Training Haus
Fridays & July 22:
10:15-11:30AM On-ice, 11:45-1:00PM Training Haus
Varsity Invite skaters must be rostered with their High School Varsity programs or be a member of MH 19U AAA - no exceptions.
