Program: WINTER THUR AM Technical Skating & Tactical Skills U11, U13 & U15  

Description: Five technical skating sessions. Five tactical skills sessions. Ten purposeful practices designed to improve how players move and how they execute with the puck.

Technical skating sessions are led by NHL Skating Coach Danielle Fujita and focus on skating mechanics, acceleration, stride efficiency, edge control, transitions, and speed. Every session emphasizes quality instruction, individual feedback, and technical detail. When Danielle is travelling for professional commitments, her highly trained coaching staff delivers the same curriculum and coaching standards.

Tactical skills sessions focus on applying those skating skills in hockey situations through puck control, passing, shooting, deception, timing, and decision-making. Led by My Hockey Houses experienced and highly effective instructors, players are challenged to think, execute, and compete while developing habits that transfer to games.

The result is a program that develops both the foundation of movement and the ability to use it effectively on the ice.

Ages: 9 - 14 yrs old

Dates: January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11

Times: 6:30am - 7:30am

Cost: $600 (10 hrs of ice)

• There will be no makeup sessions for missed ice times.
