Body Contact & Angling

Join MH staff for 4 Hours of on-ice instruction on legal body contact and angling in girl's hockey with a focus on player safety. Program is designed to teach proper body contact and angling technique to instill confidence in contact, improve the ability to contain and increase success in battles. Players that can properly give and take contact in girl's hockey set themselves apart and possess a skill that is 'a must' to successfully play the game at its higher levels.
