Six-session Monday morning powerskating and shooting program for U9/U11/U13/U15 co-ed intermediate and advanced players in Port Moody. Blends powerskating technique (edges, acceleration, quick starts, stops, pivots, transitions, Mohawks, crossovers) with 25 minutes of shooting mechanics on wristshot and backhand. Max 12 players, 5:1 player-to-coach ratio. Flexible 5, 4 and 3-day options available.
