Six-session early-morning Saturday powerskating hour for advanced and competitive REP players aged 7-14 in Port Moody. High-intensity work on forward and backward edges, crossovers, acceleration, quick starts and stops, pivots, transitions, Mohawks, punch stops and turns, corkscrew anchor and heel plant, and single-leg ankle stability, with and without a puck. Max 10 players, 5:1 ratio.
