Program: JUNE WED AM Pro / Elite Development Skates Description: This program is built for elite players who want their skating to separate them, not just support them. Sessions are high-tempo and demanding, with drills that incorporate shooting, passing, and puck execution, but the true focus is skating development that directly impacts game performance. Every drill has a purpose: to challenge habits, expose inefficiencies, and replace them with faster, more effective movement patterns. This is not about adding more reps to the same skills you’ve relied on for years. It’s about breaking down ingrained habits, understanding how modern skating mechanics create speed, and rebuilding your movement to match the pace and demands of today’s game. Players will be pushed to develop: Explosive quick starts and accelerationSpeed and control out of turnsThe ability to gear shift within strideMore efficient and effective turning mechanicsExpanded skating tools that translate directly to game situations You’ll skate with the puck. You’ll shoot. You’ll pass. But every rep is coached with intentional feedback, clear corrections, and immediate application, so the difference is noticeable in your movement, your speed, and your game. This program is for NHL, AHL, NCAA, CHL & CJHL players who want to expand their skating toolbox, move more efficiently, and play faster in every situation. The goal is not comfort — it’s evolution. Level of Play: NHL, AHL, NCAA, CHL & CJHL Dates: June 4, 11, 18, 25 Time: 6:45am - 7:45am Cost: $240 (4 hours of ice) PLEASE NOTE:  Players MUST have played in one of the levels noted above during the 2025 - 2026 season. There will be no makeup sessions during our spring season.
