JUNE WED Speed Fundamentals U15 & U18

Program: JUNE WED Speed Fundamentals U15 & U18 Description: Learn proper techniques and simplified movement patterns to increase your power, speed, and efficiency.    Ages: 13 yrs old and up Dates: June 3, 10, 17, 24 Times:  6:00pm - 7:15pm Cost: $300 (5 hours of ice) PLEASE NOTE:  Open to hockey and ringette players. Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for. There will be no makeup sessions for missed ice times.
