If a player is injured and will miss parts or the entire camp, Breakaway will need a signed doctors note and will, at its discretion, determine an appropriate credit to provide in a voucher, no refunds will be provided. There will be NO TRANSFERS after camp has started or to camps that are full. FULL EQUIPMENT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PROGRAMS (includes stick)
