SPRING MON Speed Fundamentals U13* & U15

Program: SPRING MON Speed Fundamentals U13* & U15 Description: Learn proper techniques and simplified movement patterns to increase your power, speed, and efficiency.   Ages: 11 - 14 yrs old Dates: April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 25 Times:   6:00pm - 7:15pm Cost: $525 (8.75 hours of ice) PLEASE NOTE:  *U13 players MUST provide proof that their level of play for 2025 - 2026 was either AA or AAA (team registration confirmation etc.) at registration check out. Open to hockey and ringette players. Danielle's role with the Calgary Flames can create unexpected conflicts in her schedule. An experienced and qualified My Hockey House coach will fill in for any sessions that Danielle is called away for. There will be no makeup sessions for missed ice times.
